This statement applies to the tavkey.com website and, where noted, the TavKey mobile app.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is something we keep working on, so we review the site as it changes and fix issues as we find them.
What we have done
- Built the site with clear, semantic structure and landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) so assistive technology can understand the page.
- Made everything usable with a keyboard alone, and added a "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page.
- Kept a visible focus outline so you can always see where you are when tabbing through the page.
- Wrote descriptive text for images and links, and gave form fields proper labels.
- Respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system, so animations are turned off if you prefer.
- Chose colors and text sizes with readability and contrast in mind.
Known limitations
The waiting-list form uses a "Turnstile" anti-spam widget provided by Cloudflare. It is a third-party component, so we do not fully control how it behaves with every assistive technology. If it causes a problem for you, please email us and we will help you join the waiting list another way.
Compatibility
TavKey is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and common screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack. Using the most recent version of your browser and assistive technology will give you the best experience.
Tell us about a barrier
If you run into anything that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, we want to hear about it. Please tell us what happened and which page or screen you were on, and we will do our best to fix it and reply.
